Privacy Policy

Inkdelve is built to respect your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what the Inkdelve app and the inkdelve.com website do with data. The short version: the app collects nothing, and the website collects only the little it needs to run.

The Inkdelve app

The Inkdelve app (on iPhone, iPad, and desktop) is fully offline by design:

• It makes no network requests. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
• We do not collect, receive, or have any access to what you do in the app.
• Everything you create, including maps, encounters, parties, and saved campaigns, is stored only on your own device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
• There are no accounts and no sign-in. We have no way to identify you.

The inkdelve.com website

The website is separate from the app, and it does a few small things to function:

• Anonymous analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to count visits and measure page-load speed. This does not use tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not identify individual visitors.
• Comments. If you choose to leave a comment, we store the comment text and, only if you provide them, an optional name (shown with your comment) and an optional email address (never shown publicly, used only to reply if needed). Comments are reviewed before they appear.
• Launch email list. If you sign up to be notified at launch, we store your email address for that single purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• The free in-browser demo at inkdelve.com/play runs entirely in your browser. Anything you generate there stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Children

Inkdelve is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

To have a comment removed or your email taken off the launch list, email us and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app or site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
